These were grown out in our nursery beds and are entering their 3rd season. 2-3' tall trees in 2 gallon pots with organic manure-based compost.

Native to Eastern North America
 
The sugar maple is an excellent shade tree with a dense, rounded crown. It is a familiar tree due to its syrup and giving New England forests spectacular fall color.  Grows grown well in average, medium moisture, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
